Tutorial: Mod Podge Clothespin Peg (Part 2)

So my last post showed you how easy it was to cover up those wooden clothespin but what to do with them? Besides the obvious – hanging the washing, here are some other ways to use them.

Clip it to open food packets to prevent it from going stale too quickly.

Use it as a giant paper clip to hold pages together.

Or just hang your favourite photos of your kids.

You can also glue a strip of magnet down one side of the peg,

and stick it on the fridge.

Great for hanging one of my favourite memory verses.

How about gluing push pins or thumbtacks to one side of the decorated pegs,

and use it on your inspiration board to hold ribbons, laces, trims, fabrics etc.

So these are the ways I use my clothespin. Do you use them differently? Let me know.
This is so funny! I also attach sticky magnets to the back of clothespins for this purpose. I was just thinking the other day that I need to dress these babies up a bit and some modge podge would do the trick. Nice to see someone who has done this. I think I need to look for a follow button. I’ve enjoyed browsing around.
