Do you know what these are?  My feet certainly didn’t recognise them.  I think it’s been about 2.5 years since they last met.  Time to get acquainted.

Today was also the first day that this pram has been “outside” since it got retired 2.5 years ago but it was still useful as my fabric horse in my sewing room though (see first photo here, you can barely see the pram because of all the fabric on it).

With only one kid in tow, I decided to start jogging again.  With 2.5 years off, it’s going to take me a good while to be able to jog 10km again, so I’ll be using the Gold Coast Airport Marathon (nope, not even thinking of trying to run 42.195km) training diaries to get me up to speed (pardon the pun).  Yeah, we’ll see how long this enthusiasm lasts (especially when you have to run in the rain).
