Ok, I didn’t think I was that kinda mum, a sentimental one that is, but here is her first photo for “big” school.  I’m hoping that she’ll continue to let me take her photo of her first days for the next 12 years.

I made her write “first day of kindergarten 2 FEB 2012″ on the blackboard as my original idea to print it out did not work out at 2am yesterday (because unbeknownst to me, some little munchkin had put beads inside the printer and let’s just say the printer had a fit and now daddy is not happy).  But I actually like this idea better because we’ll be able to see her handwriting changing as the years go by.

Here’s that little munchkin getting in on the action too, wearing his sister spare school hat and erm …
